CRT Head Office Head office is where the heart is... Bird's Farm is owned by the Page family and farmed by Trustee Robin Page. It was on this very farm that Robin Page and painter Gordon Benningfield’s friendship founded the Countryside Restoration Trust. The CRT charity rents a small part of the farm, where we have our office and meeting rooms. In line with the CRT ethos, the office was converted from a disused dairy and the members of staff are often reminded of its location when the cows are making noise in the cowshed – “Moo!” Bird’s Farm itself is a stone’s throw from our offices and not to be confused with the flagship farm, Lark Rise, which is farmed by Trustee Tim Scott.
