We need your help! The CRT are always striving to improve the environment on our farms. And that’s why we’re hosting litter picks in Cambridgeshire, Herefordshire and Surrey!

We need your help!

At 11am on Saturday 6th April, come and meet, Viv Geen, our Wildlife Monitor at the new Education Centre and Lodge on Turnastone Court Farm. From here, Viv will lead volunteers on a litter pick on the farm and around the local area.

Found in the heart of Herefordshire – not only will you be looking after the local environment, it will be a glorious spring walk through a sea of golden daffodils. Steeped in history, Turnastone Court Farm is a beautiful area of pasture and unique water meadows thanks to our restored sluices. This farmland is vital habitat for farmland birds. We want to make sure the area is clear of any potential litter before breeding season.

We have recently developed an old barn into an excellent education centre to educate the younger generations to learn about farming and the wonderful world around them – so let’s keep it in tip top condition!

This is also a modern lodge with the traditional features for visitors and families to stay in from Summer 2019!

So why don’t you become one of the #LitterHeroes?
