Who we are

The Countryside Restoration Trust was established in 1993 by our chairman, Robin Page and the late artist and conservationist, Gordon Beningfield.

We work together to restore a living, working countryside.

How do we do that?

  • We encourage sensitive and sympathetic farming practices that encourage and protect wildlife and produce high-quality produce
  • We provide lower rates for farming tenants
  • We teach the current and future generations about farming that involves wildlife
